Why In-House Manufacturing Matters
- ►Full control over quality, timelines and IS/IEC compliance — no third-party fabrication dependency
- ►Panels engineered and tested by the same team that commissions them, reducing integration issues on-site
- ►Faster turnaround for urgent or custom requirements, since design and fabrication happen under one roof
This capability underlies almost every other division — automation panels, solar ACDB/DCDB boards, APFC panels, and AMC replacement panels are all built here. Link prominently from the Industrial Automation, Solar EPC, and Power Quality Solutions pages back to this page.

CASE STUDY 1
VFD Panel Manufacturing With Automatic Star-Delta Backup for CEAT Tyres, Butibori
Client Industry
Tyre Manufacturing
Problem Statement:
CEAT needed pump-control panels for two 37 kW pump applications that were both energy-efficient (variable-speed) and resilient — a VFD fault should not bring the pump to a standstill.
Our Solution:
Designed, fabricated and commissioned two VFD control panels, each built around an ABB ACS580 (45 kW) VFD with an engineered Star-Delta backup arrangement, automatic changeover logic, electrical interlocking between the two control modes, and a panel air-conditioning arrangement for industrial cooling. Samarth’s scope covered the complete panel engineering and execution: design, fabrication, component integration, wiring, factory testing, installation and site commissioning.
Results Delivered:
Two panels delivered and commissioned in 30 days, giving CEAT variable-speed VFD operation with an automatic fallback to Star-Delta operation on a VFD fault — approximately 20% energy saving with no loss of pump availability during a fault.

CASE STUDY 2
Integrated MCC Panel Manufacturing & PLC/HMI Automation for Areena Solvex & Refinery, Bareilly
Client Industry
Solvent Extraction & Refinery
Problem Statement:
A new 200 TPD solvent extraction and refinery plant needed a centralized, structured electrical and control architecture from the outset, coordinating a large number of motors and process equipment across three separate process sections (SEP, PREP and DOC).
Our Solution:
Designed, fabricated and commissioned three dedicated MCC panels — an 800A ABB MCCB-incomer panel for SEP, a 1250A ABB ACB-incomer panel for PREP, and a 160A ABB MCCB-based panel for DOC — integrated with a Delta PLC and 10-inch HMI for centralized operator control, plus ABB ACS180 VFDs for selected variable-speed applications.
Results Delivered:
Three MCC panels covering the full plant, commissioned in 4 weeks, giving the customer one centralized operator interface across all three sections instead of separate equipment-level controls.
